I recall that you have a mission for the TV station (related to the reporter that arrives at the school during that investigation) that opens up the station for you to do commercials. It is possible that, if you blew off the reporter at the school, this whole quest chain is closed to you.
In that case I didn't remember it (maybe it was number of rats in previous rooms) - search this thread for "code".
You have to wait until Orange calls you and says to meet him there, and then you can go and enter. I had Selena cook for the cop lady, but in an alternate route you could, I believe, have her cook for Donald.
It's not that kind of game. It's an adult murder mystery game, not a pron game per se. I don't think the "actual content" by your standards will ever start. There are plenty of pron games, though, so don't feel dissed by this one.
