Kurohime, Naoe Ai (we don't see it, but it happens while conquering the Uesugi territory, Rance even has a shocking moment of genuine regret that he might have triggered the memories of it during her H-scene), Kojika (kind of off-screen), Ryouma (brutally, by many demons, although it's actually canon they don't get their curse lifted so they aren't really an NTR in terms of canon route?) and Yukihime also all get raped or NTR'd during the canon timeline with Kouhime. Agireda also might count compared to how you view her events and Rance outright fails in regard to Hibachi.

Very true. Even if you do invest in his stats it's not a waste. He can be useful at 7 strength 7 defense that he gains during normal battles. He's only useless in dungeons and boss fights due to his low level cap. In the early game upgrading him can be really helpful, but I usually upgrade Shibata Katsuie first and then think about whether it's worthwhile to upgrade Maeda. Upgrading Katasuie is quite helpful as it raises his intelligence to 7 which increases the guard he gets per use. Either way, it's a strategy game and this is part of it. You have to decide what's most valuable to you in order to succeed.
How the hell are the enemies have only 2 properties yet can have 30+ commanders and I am stuck at 12 with 4 properties? It makes no sense.
