Welp, I went an answered my own question - yes, it is possible to get 3 fans in 12 turns. It's not too difficult, but the path I tested that worked does mean you don't get access to the prison until turn 9, when you conquer the Miko institute. The only way to do it is to trigger a SAT generating Start of Turn Event on turn 10, which seems like the only viable slot we've got access to within the provided time-frame.

They Demon army will always take over Africa because Kurohime lives there. The KTM and Nanjou Ran route doesn't have the demon army appear so you can do stuff with them on those. As for Hirami lemons, you have to take over the little country Tenshiism has with two cities. The one next to where hara is, just below owari.
If you mean something like "Capture female commanders and abuse them" not only certain heroines with certain conditions but the game is more "Capture, recruit, seduce and finally have sex" although the truth is that it is the first title I have played in which you cannot always save everyone, especially the ones I like the most.

Sometimes, it depends. Sex scenes typically happen after you conquer a province, either with some no-name or a heroine depending on the province. Most of the sex scenes come from female commanders and are related to their relationship value. Rance also keeps a sex journal which tracks all his off-camera exploits, which is in the hundreds by the end of the game.

Only very technically. There's a priestess prostitution mountain that you can conquer, and that province gives you income sooooo.

So, basically, it only has the name of prostitution because once you conquer that place, the money comes on its own. You can't prostitute the heroines, and there's no animation or anything?

Rance doesn't approve of other men looking at "his" women, let alone fucking them. Those mechanics aren't present in this game, no.
