Sadly i think I was right again with my comments about the 'didn't abandon this project' from the dev. But i have a bit of hope he is just insanely busy and he will atleast bring an version out in the nearby future

Yea that sucks this game was really starting to look good. I dont know what he used to make it but hopefully someone can make something similar if he doesnt continue developing it.

Well, sadly I think this is gonna. I entered his discord and he didn't showed up or said anything there too.
I really don't understand these devs, they abandon games and at most cases, they blame lack of support, but what they want? People to support a work in VERY early development? A work you don't know will continue, if it'll use all the mechanics promissed on launch, etc, etc?
Every sucessful dev passed through the start of their first game with little support, they kept going and when the game had the story developing (and not only presenting the world) and the scenes flowing, they start to get their support.
Not saying Kurosa.wa does it, but it looks like it, REALLY looks like it.
Such promissing game dead, while the bad ones continue alive and milking.

So he is just another dime a dozen devs that drop the game because they don't have instant success. Why I typically don't look at any game until it has at least 2 updates. Another failure dev.
And this is why nobody should support new devs, at least IMO. We should wait for the dev to work, to deliver content before, so we can be sure he have content planned and a REAL wish to build a game.
Otherwise he gets the small start done very well, and if he gets little support he quits, if he gets lots of support he milk the game like a mandman, delivering little to no content (lots of examples in this forum).
I think it's a sad thing, this game really looked good, I was one who would support this if the dev had commitment. Even if he comes back, leaving without letting even a message saying it on patreon or discord and pausing subscription, for me, its a permanent confission of the lack of commitment from someone.

I'd say best case scenario for new devs, is they billing on "update release" instad of monthly, lot of people would trust that more, as long as those updates have enough content to be worth for the people. Other than that, I agree with everything you said on your post, even if he came back, he has showed a lack of responsability/care to the project and his followers, so there is no trusting him unless he delivered (completing this game) and maybe if he started a new one, then I might reconsider.
Still holding out some hope
Damn this is sad, game has some cool RPG mechanics that is kinda refreshing considering how simple the gameplay is for most renpy games, the interactivity to progress quests are also something that makes the game less boring combined with the hacking we could get some really good puzzles and who know about the items and guns, really a shame that this game got abandoned.

Sad it got abandoned but i was right when he posted that message with the ‘dont worry i wont abandon this’ shit always ends bad when they message that.
I hoped atleast he would send a message that he stopped working on it like he said in his last message atleast then we have some closure.
Think if we had 2/3 more updates with the same quality he would have gotten a lot more subs for his patreon cause the base is actually really good compared to like 95% of other renpy/porn games.

too many devs try to copy the style of the big team that can deliver a big update every 3-6 months when they should focus on making the game have a solid foundation first.
