there was never any time limit. the creator was just stretching deadlines many times over, but no definite time limit or deadline was ever declared.
Well, kinda yes and kinda no.
What we get: promises, delays, apologies, and no meaningful content.
We all get that developing a game as hobby is difficult and all, but the creator right now is like a train that wants to go 2 ways at the same time.

no its not dead, author just decided to remake it from scratch to transform it to something diffrent and bigger and he is just taking his time, but it probably will come, eventually.
It's not really that big of a market "left on the table" though.

Just an assumption on their part, I'm assuming. But the futa on male fans are definitely the most vocal by far. IDK if they are the majority though, the most popular artists I know do male top/switch, and that's what I prefer. And they're making a ton of assumptions, liking male on futa doesn't automatically mean you don't like seeing them use their dick.

Jokes aside, personally, when I watch trans porn, I prefer if the dude is masculine/straight but also doesn't pretend like the chick doesn't have any genitals. Given the metrics on paid sites, I think that is what most people are after as well. I know that doesn't translate directly to 2d/3d consumption, but again the artists I follow with 250-500k twitter followers do male on futa/trans and some switch, and futa/trans on female.
This is mostly 2d though, I don't really follow 3d artists that aren't in the VN/Short story space closely. Also the male bottom/sub space has grown a bit more in like the last 5 years. I don't have charts and graphs and stuff, just going off what's being produced, follows, views, etc. informally. Point being, male top/switch enjoyers are out here in the 2d/3d space. I would really hate for all futa/trans content to be swarmed by domme stuff in the coming years. I don't have a problem with it per se, but it's not my bag.
How do I progress to unlock the stage scene in the back toward the bar and hospital, also is there anything developed for the medical assistant dialogue if so how do you get it?

Games not ded, dev has released images from potential update as of this week. Anyone on the patreon got those? I assume an update might be within a few weeks away or less. ( Cant confirm tho)

Alek is fucking stupid for this. He wasted over a year not doing the only thing people wanted in his game and then made the artwork shittier.
Playing the devil's advocate: Just because you (and most people) don't like the new look, doesn't mean he cant follow his dreams and try something new that later might look much better (he's at the beginning of this new 3D stuff) and maybe it takes a while until it's good. Imo just be happy with the latest 2D patch and hope he improves a lot in his journey. Give constructive criticism and don't just outright flame him for his choice.
Seems like the artwork is staying the same (except for the background images i think?) So i wouldn't worry too much on that front.
Also he's finally back to making animations, so hurray for that.
