they lure you with the 3~4 animations, but the actual game is basically all it is

Launched the game 3 times and when I click "new game" it starts to load (black screen with a sandclock turning in the bottom right) and eventually the game closes itself. Anyone else had this problem? And if so, how did you solve it?
