We know who started the war against every attempt to apease. We know who had a plan to erradicate etnicities with millons and tens of millons persons. It is not a mistery, is an out loud spoken fact, with millons of testimonys and documents to prove that. We know wich violence was designed as a goal and wich one as an instrument, wich one was active and wich one was reactive.
