I tried playing this one a few updates ago but got bored of it and quit. It was super grindy, forcing you to repeat the same conversations over and over with only slight differences, and wasn't worth the effort to get scenes. Not sure if it's changed, but that's my take on it at least.

I have latest version but my quest screen is bugged i gues? I cant get any hint... How can i fix that?
Edit: I talked with princess for getting her quest i got it and still quest screen dont changed. Its clearly bugged...

I just forgot to update the quest log this go round to be honest. I'll get that patched in next update, sorry for any confusion. You should be prompted by the Keeper with where to go next.

This is promising. There are some issues though where it comes to progression and the game being non-intuitive. Some might be caused by the fact that I didn't play this before and started with 0.4.
For example, I kept visiting Sal in the diner. The log said to improve her living situation, but there was nothing like that in interactions with her. So I assumed it would come later. Only after helping her with food for Honey and she said to visit her in her room, I was like "what room?" and realized that the janitor's closet is her room and I need to talk to her there to advance.
Similarly, took me a while to figure out that helping Cindy with cleaning actually has a storyline, I initially assumed there were a few random outcomes and I was getting one. Perhaps splitting the storyline in a few longer parts instead of many very short ones would help?
Progression with so characters also is weird, particularly Cindy - goes from uh, "friendly", in the very first scene, to "fuck off and die" and then straight back to "fuck me please" for no apparent reason. Princess is even weirder, being all her royal bitchy self, and then we suddenly get an option to tie her up and fuck her, and she doesn't mind (but indeed badly requires a gag). There really needs to be some buildup to that, as it's a stretch even with porn game logic. The random event where we find her self-bound could be a good starting point...

I'm not sure what I did wrong, I was finished up through 0.34 and starting 0.4 I'm able to talk to the keeper. She tells me to go get potion ingredients from Penelope but I don't have any new options with her.
If I look at the VB board the option for the witch still says +Story progression but nothing new happens, also the C.O.C reception is on the board and it seems like I can just start it and it plays out normally. I just can't access whatever the new Penelope scene is.
Edit: After I finished the reception I went back to Penelope and THEN it let me ask her for ingredients,
