Well, I did end up figuring it out. You need to get your lust all the way up, the easiest way being to buy that special drink (which I cannot remember the name of) and drink it. Then, go back to your apartment, and go to your bed. You will see an option to “Pleasure Yourself”, which is the new maturation mechanic. This only works if you have FULL LUST. I have only tested it on a female character, but not a male.

How'd you get it? Playing a Futa character and I'm unable to trigger any dialogue with her after the first night's talk. Everything else is just [End Convo]

In answer to a lot of questions about how to trigger certain scenes (i.e. white lizard in the pool), many of them are stat dependent. Press C to open stats. So far, this is what I've figured out:
-strength is increased by working out in the player apartment
-refinement is increased by taking a shower
-intelligence is increased by studying in the apartment
-charisma cannot be altered in this new build

All stats have a max of 10. The white lizard can be triggered by male and futa by having a high enough strength (i think) and refinement plays a role too (again: i think). There are currently NO female x female scenes at all. The animations haven;t been implemented. Some scenes also require you to have a certain amount of lust, which is best increased by using minotavor from the bar tender.
