I'm guessing English is not your first language, so I hope you have a proofreader to double check your grammar. I'm not saying it has to be perfect, but mixing up the male and female pronouns can be a problem, especially in a story with a trans character. (Unless, the picture I linked is of a male character who just happens to have tits and a pussy.)
Well, I guess my main question would be is why the Nun won't, Mom, Aunt, or someone in the know clue in the MC. The "secret" would seem null based on what the nun said about not wanting him to be worse at the orphanage/facility when he's about to leave after aging out.... Not trying pick your premise apart but what reason would she have to keep this knowledge from him at this point? Even if she held some kind of validation for her choice why won't the mom or the aunt tell him? I get that uncovering the truth seems to be the premise of the story arc but validating the secrecy is going to need some serious work unless it's just gonna be some porn logic. Anyway good luck.
I for one do not like to be forced to get busy with men with tits, or have them get busy with anyone, so anything non skippable with this is not really interesting. Also goes if skippable, but thus leaving out significant chunks of the game.

One more suggestion would be a translator it's pretty easy to tell that English is not a first language here. Which is fine my linguistic skills aren't the best either but some of the dialogue is unusual and not how native speakers would talk.
In a game with straight and trans content the trans always needs to be skippable or explicitly stated not to be to avoid offending certain sensibilities
