I don't think the game really needs incest, it feels like a forced option for people who will only play games with that category. I'm not unsympathetic to that group, I just don't think the story builds a premise for Leah and MC being brother/sister at all.

I mean it does have a separate patch and all that, she is by default a "childhood" friend/friend/best friend/not related, you have to go in and change the relationship to make it your sister.
Their games have always had "incest" and their new one does too.

I did not get Emily scene in episode 14, totally ruined my mood. so Yeah, in very early, I remain silent during are first talk, but I did went to her house and had sex with her, than in the elevator and then she got arrested, I picked 3rd option, We had Sex, in Valerie room, and later threesome , so It caugt me off guard why I did not get it.
at least I know why I not get Maggie scenes, since I shoot her down, early, but with Emily, I don't get it.

incest or "incest" yes. leah can be set as a sister but is she we'll never know (as long as devs stay at patreon and might publish/publish games on steam too).
She can be installed as a sister, but it is better not to do this, there is not even a hint in their communication that they can be siblings. It's just going to be weird. It's better to set her as a cousin, it's a bit like the truth

It's pointless for them, you can use the cheats, and there are MANY PATHS, everyone's saves will be different.
Yes, you are asked at the beginning what kind of relationship, friend, best friend, ex-girlfriend, sister, cousin, Chewbacca, whatever.
No, sister or cousin (whicever you prefer) or none.

Why would you want to repeat them, there long as hell for the most part. Replaying them sort of (actually does) kill any kind of immersion.
Plus, there are "platinum" bonus scenes that are only available via scene gallery.

the biggest appeal of sandbox games for me is the flexibility to interact with the girls around the world and have sexual encounters and repeat them at different times of the day. If it's once and done, then it's just a VN and sandbox doesn't really add anything extra. That's my personal preference. Others enjoy a linear gameplay, I don't. To each their own I guess.
