hello Garou24,

first of all, big praise for the great graphics. Sharp renderings and very detailed images.

The story is exciting and doesn't get entangled in any male fantasies. You don't portray women as sex addicts. The naked moments are very appropriately integrated into the story. The story is in the foreground not the sex. I wouldn't pay attention to all the whining from guys who only want to see pornographic content. There are enough bad games that do exactly that.

This is a game that women can also enjoy playing. After all, there are far too few of them. Yes, dear men, there are also women who love erotic games. Keep it up.

I'm also looking forward to any further developments. Congratulation for your work

Played it for ten minutes and instantly enjoyed the game so I deleted it and will wait for steam before I really dive into the story.
I couldn't do that I played like 4-5 months ago this game was always on my mind so no way I could of waited haha. But I think the next update from what I recall reading once will be the steam release. i'm gonna have to replay it too especially with the different branching early on

I love the game so far, but looking at the dev's Patreon page, I can't help but feel a tad disappointed that they don't make any real money off of this game, and amount of Patrons they have is criminal. Is the game flying under the radar? I hope Garou24 doesn't give up and plans to finish the game with or without the support they might have expected, I am getting a lot of Witcher vibes and Witcher 3 is probably the best RPG in the last decade (BG3 would take that spot if only it didn't play like a TTRPG).

I hope the dev can keep the size of the adventure in check, there are so many paths & characters both already available and planned that are certainly ambitious, but if that ambition comes at the price of 1-2 updates per year, then I just can't soundly support that. It's a matter of principle.

I truly hope I am dead wrong...

It's probably got lowish patreon numbers because it's not just some shitty happy fappy porn game.

Indeed, likely the main culprit.

But still, this is definitely looking to be a GRAND adventure, I am just afraid the development of this game is going to be... tedious. For all parties involved.

I'm used to long waits for updates for these games. Most of my favourite games get one or two updates a year at most.
They are usually worth the wait imo.

They might be to people like us, but the majority needed for the dev to actually make some money - don't like waiting a year for 30mins of renders, no matter the quality of work.

And keep in mind that the average F95 forum member probably isn't actively supporting more than 1 dev at a time, even on the lowest tiers which are usually 1$/month. Unless these grand ideas aren't true passion projects for the devs, the abandoned tag is inevitable.

And I am right more times than wrong...

The next release will also be the official Steam release. It will be an Early Access game so as content is added on Patreon I will also add it on Steam also. Plus this way people will only need to buy once instead of needing to buy Book 1, Book 2 etc.

If there's one thing I've learned from this forum in all my years here, it's that people don't know how to spend their money.

Trying to explain to people which games deserve support and which many others do not is like trying to explain the theory of evolution to a monkey, sometimes when I see them strongly supporting Milf City they even make me doubt if we are evolved beings:4Head:

While I don't disagree with your example, it's a little egotistical to assume you know what deserves or does not deserve someone else's support. Do some people make dumb choices with their own money? Sure. But what they think deserves support vs. what you think deserves support is all subjective. And ultimately it's their own money to spend, so I could see why your "trying to explain to people" what their own opinions should be or not would likely fall on deaf ears.

Don't worryI,t's not selfish to make people use their neurons
So anything that doesn't match with your perspective is failing to "use their neurons"? I'm half joking, ofc, but still: if people want to keep supporting someone that (at least in my view) it doesn't make sense to support, that's their business. It doesn't mean I agree with their spending habits, but it's not my money so also not my business. Shrug.png
