Its great you made a harem - pregnancy fetish game with even hypnosis. Its fantastic. However, in future updates can you let the pregnant versions of the girls stay at the house? Its a let down that during their pregnancy phase they disappear from most activities. Also during their 'heavy' pregnancy phase, its kind of sad that they can't even have sex. Maybe its a game-model issue (not very familiar with the making of games) but if you can get them to be more active during their pregnancy phase it will make the game even more awesome. Not likely going to happen. For every girl he needs to make 12 home sprites (4 locations with 3 outfits). Each pregnancy fase will add an additional 12 to the work load, so 24 in total. This is without even considering the wake up service, which also needs new renders.
The dev have already stated that his focus is on new girls and securing a big harem rather than expanding too much on the existing one.
It starts with some commands to help you get closer to your target, but once you have sex with them you have the option of making them either a completely subservient girlfriend (or mother/sister for the landlady/roommate if you use the incest mod), servant, or mindless slave; with the ability change states.

Timeframe for release
December is a busy time for many, myself included, which makes a release during the holiday season unlikely. It's also not the ideal timing, in my opinion. Instead, I've set the release period for the beginning of January.
