You're probably trying to use save files from the png version in the webp version or the other way around. Sometimes they don't work with each other.

There is no galery mod, i remember a modder once said they were doing one but don't know what happened after that.
But you can try to use URM to search for scenes.

By the way speaking of scenes, yesterday playing i found that one between Blake, Suya and Kushari. It was great.

But i really need to take the time someday to restart the game because i barely remember some things.

Sorry for the delay, I did not have electricity earlier today. I'm uploading the builds now.
Here's something important for you to consider (I will duplicate it in the main post as well): in the thirteenth act you will find issues with Ginger's images in her scene. Nothing will be missing but you'll see pictures in the wrong order. The reason for that is that I rewrote her scene and remade her images but for whatever reasons there were problems with the game after that, so I reverted the script back, but the new images stayed.
The other important thing is that if you're using patches, before you install the new one you will have to manually delete some of the old files because they conflict with new ones (going into a different folder, so they won't be replaced). Here's the full list (they're all in the Shattered/game/images/sexscenes/07 folder):
