Hard to speculate on a % from the outside, I'd say we're 2/3 of the way there, maybe less? There's still Rune and Max's night routes to be done and more story branching for Teak, Thistle and the two dogs you're trying to matchmake (and also maybe Cooper?). Burry's good end barkcorner also seems to imply there's going to be a true end where you save everyone once you've done all 3 main routes.
So they are finishing one route then move to another, with all routes planned out? Kinda give me Echo vibe, and that studio is known for "finished quality games".

Not sure If I like the writing tho, at first it feels so good and emotional (Is Raus a female? They are generally better at this kind of writing)
Then you realise the MC is a bit too cringey, a bit too full of himself, ain't realy tryin' to deal with the race barrier like he says he's doing, also against racist (teak) you don't just sober and let it get to you.
But maybe all these "lows" are part of the set-up for MC's overcoming himself? (haven't reach the good end myself yet).
Just not a fan of this style, feel too forced.
About Routes, I thought it would've been Burry, Rune, Max, Tweak, and Alon; (Thistle feels more like a side char)
With Alon be the perfect set-up (there are so many flags) for a "True / Perfect Ending".
But Longfang said there'll only be 3 "main route"? And mrhardbone said there'll only be 5 good endings?
I can understand that perspective and really get what you mean but at least the MC has a backbone compared to other MC's who can be just squishy/cringe. MC in shelter only called out the unfair treatment because of how most of the cast reacted in the bath right in front of him. He always brushed Tweak aside to not cause drama which can be a common in real life with a group of friends when one has it out for you. But calling out the unfair treatment he gets and listing the events that occur when MC is talking with Burry during cooking and Rune (training incident) hit the nail on the head because by the dogs mentality (Burry, Rune, Max) they will give another dog a past if in the wrong and play it off but any other species, not so much.Just tried this one.

I meant "to overcome the race barrier, you first need to acknowledge and respect the differences", then working on bridges.
If only 3 main routes are confirmed, then I think that's what we'll get, and this also means we are actually at the final stage.
I understand that. MC wanting to become one of them seems to relate to Raus previous comic on Humans having access to a VW and being able to make furry characters and such, so that previous comic leaked into the MC for the visual novel. Yes this reeks of forced drama especially after Raus reveals the lack of other humans.
No I said I'm not sure if there'll be a true route, as in a full on new route separate from Burry/Rune/Max which leads to a happy ending or just additional choices during the 3 main routes which will lead to it. I'm leaning towards the latter since apparently once you save certain characters during one route you'll be able to also save them on someone's else route.
I disagree, I think MC wanting to be a dog comes from the isolation he feels among the group and the fact that he's seemingly the last of his race, not literally him wanting to be a furry. I thought it might have been a little forced before knowing the context, but after seeing some of Luke's backstory and the thought process of the dogs I think it's understandable he feels this way even if ultimately it comes from a misunderstanding.
