I can't, though, the only quest I have require beast meat, red clay, or the perfume, all of which I can't find. I'm sure I'm missing something, but I feel like I've gone everywhere I can. I'm at 19 fame, can't get to 20.

Have you rescued the lost bird twice? There's a sequel to the first one on the bounty board. Other than the guild and elf quests, there's the lady who needs Wine and the bathhouse receptionist that wants a Compress. I was able to get to 20 Fame doing all the quests that are available besides the ones you mentioned. After that, the recipe book will be purchasable inside Gina's General shop

So how does the fame and infamy mechanic work? I assume infamy allows more ero stuff to happen?

seconding this question. I completed it with 0 infamy and am wondering if there's a point to ng+ and gaining infamy. I only noticed
1. you can learn to steal, which maybe helps with gold grind later on
2. you can open cells in the dungeon (but why?)
3. you can pick cruel options with the elves (BUT WHY?)

There don't seem to be any scenes tied to infamy.

What ending did you get? I finished with ~130 infamy and it gave me ED5, which was fairly ruthless

Pretty sure it was ED1, a very happy ending. With max lewdness, it wasn't a lewd ending either. I guess infamy mainly selects the ending.

For anyone having trouble with joiplay, I had an error for line 102, look for my previous post. It was a script for false full screen that conflicted with something the rpgm plugin did. I unpacked scripts, deleted it, and repacked scripts. Game works now. Just be careful deleting scripts.

JoiPlay have that built-in decrypter, right? I used that. Also, my JoiPlay is already updated from Google Play

To watch/unlock scenes with monsters? Yes. In the atelier you can make a type of tea what reduce your hp to 1. You need the recipe of course. If you play the game you'll get it eventually.

I wanted to look for this in the discussion but there were to many spoilers and so i stopped looking and will instead ask.

How can you tell how much Infamy you have. Like I can see it stack when you get messages that your infamy increased. But were do you see how much you have. I only see Fame.

Please no spoiler's if possible.

Not 100% sure, but the event that triggered it mentioned doing quests for them.
At the guild, there are a few quests, usually asking for "lewd" items, like lube, dick hardener, contaception, dildos, etc. Try finishing all of those.
(They might also say they are spicifically from the brothel, but I never really paid attention to that part.)

Holy crap, that went from cute to fucked up real quick. Definitely missing the graphic violence tag, there is a scene where an elf is tied to a tree and shes already dead and being used for a trap and her head falls off as you get close. That's not even mentioning the charred pixel corpses, goblins with bleeding arrow wounds to their eyes. If is that fucked that early then it can't be less fucked later.
