it's 2x the horizontal and 2x the vertical. which makes it 4x the number of pixels.

all ya need is a calculator.
1920 * 1080 = 2073600
3840 * 2160 = 8294400

Maybe its interpolated one.
All of Shiarakmi's video always released in 30FPS.
