That moment when alan forgot to lock ex4 behind the true mercy route
And coming fresh from a "reboot" after getting hypocrite genocide, i was able to load ex4 when every other load was locked against my intervention.
I was called out for doing geno run in about 3 textboxes.
It's funny that my clear room has every girl hating me, but willing to pardon kazuya for gifts.
Why i did this madness? because i wanted to see if Alan would write some kind of callout to kazuya for going to the final room of ex4 before deciding "nah, genocide time it is", it's a shame that only hyakki refers to me having done a geno run during the "debug sequence" and cheshire at the hospital room, all of that for 2 lines of different dialogues

the none debug version is the latest version on the first page of the thread, i recommend just replacing the entire graphics file because this error occurs in later parts as well

Hmm... developer is ass... I thought about destroying everything after getting mercy ending, but I got true mercy and wasn't able to kill anyone afterwards

So I gave up on that idea... and then I got true salvation ending...

And mgqp part 3 which is further into the canoncial timeline of the whole expanded porn game universe is unlikely to feature her aswell

How the hell do I beat the dark Lampas rooms in 1-2? I feel like I'm missing something. If I hit the pink clouds, I physically can't mash out of it fast enough to not get ambushed. I've tried attacking the lampas without getting controlled by the clouds, but that counts as an ambush too, and when I try to break out of the grapple there's something like a 1 in 3 that it fails and I'm just screwed. I feel like I must be missing something. How do I even get past this bit, without tanking of them and hoping to break out of the grab?

That's exactly what you do
You try to avoid what you can, but you can't avoid all of them due to either unintentional or intentional game design
As long as you dont cum, you wont lose
that or just kill them or progress through that room, i think it gets easier from there

Got jumpscared by the amazing news of JadedKnight making an Geno mod. How is that going so far by the way? No pressure of course, I'm just curouis on what made you want to do this and what the current available content within it is. Someone let's play the mod, plz. Course just playing it myself would be fun as well. But that aside, do tell if you want to, any trivia or non trivia concerning your pie in the making as I'm frankly, very, very interested in what it can contain.

Also my view on Geno is that yeah, had the act of killing with intent not corrupted Kazuya with THAT then he'd bassically be the doomslayer of that route. Evicting the demons from that one particular world and in a way saving humanity. It'd be pretty cool if he could refuse to turn into a demonbeast by sheer willpower alone, something Rena never thought would be possible, and become the demon's version of a boogie men. With the ending even noting that even once Kazuya grew old, demons still remain away from earth until he draws his final breath just to be sure. (Though I don't want to encourage you into making it into a mindless powerfest.)

Yes. Just carry over your saves folder and your publicdata.rv2. All of the important stuff is stored in those two places.

Update: managed it! Holy moly that took some trying. I gave this game a shot a few months ago and got walled by that room, almost happened again. Continuing on.

I'm putting the finishing touches on the EX1 part, but in my opinion that and the Sphinx encounter still need some tweaks. So far I'm the most proud in redoing the Hyakki fight in the Geno-EX mod and glad of tweaking Mukuro's dialogue in it.

I have an idea of what I want to do with the EX2 part and even I am eagerly waiting for it, that's it for the progress so far.
