if the newest version before this one only had up to Stage 2 (Spider boss), then I'm pretty sure this is new. I haven't seen this stage before

Judging from their ci-en posts, I can only guess it's one of two things. First possibility, the recent release is somewhat unpolished so maybe there's some bugs that prevent it from triggering, like how getting caught by the ball with a slug inside yagiri sort of messes up the game with permanent black screen, or how I can't seem to trigger the lying down slug animation. Second possibility, the dev said that in terms of content, nothing new was to be shown from the previews. Seeing as how the slime man preview shown in the past was just an image, not an actual animation, it's likely that they don't have animations implemented yet.
That being said, time will tell since the dev plans to release a more polished version on the 5th
you can't, the current version is a very early version because the dev wanted to payback all the november supporter since he didn't release anything in that month, he said in one of the ci-en comment that he disable the grab animation for the ropper thingy in order to stabilize the current version.
when will you can see it then? 5th december, he promised to release another version that date which is far more stable in comparison so wait till then

huh, apparently dev decided to update the demo attached on the previous post instead of attach it to new post just so November supporter could still get it when they stop supporting
