This game was mostly translated already, right? I can play most of it without encountering much MTL, right?

Apparently you can only turn off or avoid NTR with the blond girl, but the red hair one you can't.

The game literally warns you before going into the cave alone. Maybe read the notification popping up on the screen before mindlessly skipping it? And no, dog girl and frost milf have no NTR scenes.

If you don't go you don't progress. Basically the game force the NTR. And yes only those two girls are not ntred but it is not good since they are not you're main lis.

It's only needed to open the NTR route. It doesn't affect the main story at all, you can process it as normal. And there's no main girl in this game, every girl can be with the MC, just choose whoever you want.

Minotaur content is completely optional, only the pinkhead one is forced and you can avoid most of the NTR scenes.

After CH1 then when they all go to the cave door it's untrasnated?
I did aply Daedroth's translation after this point but the rest of dialogue seems in Japanese?

I MTL the rest of the game and there is just the boss fight part.
It does seem most of the H scenes are translated by hand by the translator.

So if you want the full story expereince you gotta wait. If you want to replay the H scenes you can do that now.
