It depends if you got Secret pregnant and took her with you to the mansion. If you did she stops working at the BDSM club (and they get a new Secret). If you didn't then she will still be working there next time you go.

You can't get Sasha pregnant yet buddy. It's getting added in next update.

Ema, Dora, Anna, Moko, Naomi, Rebecca, Paola, Maria, Zara, Lydia (Secret), Alina, Betty (non-sexual yet), Tristy.
Sasha, Hanna are coming in future.
