Yes, you could tell by the changelog. Pretty sure the dev said a while back they are not making gigantic updates like they used to.
The primary protagonists can avoid incest if mom and son are not addressed when asked how they refer to one another, but some text feels awkward with default naming. Similarly, you can ignore ntr, but you can not in Chapter 6; it is a stand-alone chapter, so it is hard to predict if the developer will continue on the love route in future updates because 1on1 is planned with both of them but it didn't happen in ch6. However, since it is a porn based game, there will not be much content if you avoid playing it.
