No I did not forget, but what I do remember is her severely abusive behavior and accusing others of things she is actively doing. Her abusive behavior stems over 10 years plus I believe. What do you feel is a fair time frame where enough is enough then. If anything she should of been given psychological help years ago if this is the effect it has taken, or is it ok how she is behaving because it is the MC and her attacks are controlled mainly to him and she knows to not tangle with others. She seems to be able to hold a job, have a boyfriend, so I am going to assume she has the awareness to behave herself and hold her tongue and not be abusive even if she does not like someone, the only reason she has done it this long is because the MC is an easy target and does not resist, I would assume.

but honestly I don't see why jess's mom and him would contact after all these years without a reason like that. They both wanted the clothes hanger for abby so I don't see any other reason for them to try to contact all these years later. But its just a guess...
Maybe Jessica's mom is super rich and Abby is the only heir so the father is trying to get some that inheritance money.Mayhaps
