It's not but if you are a fan of incest it's definitely worthy playing.
Coming from someone who generally doesn't play games that don't have animations

Yes, that's correct. The dev, Kaffekop, has had some health and other struggles. It's really taken a lot out of him, but he's thankfully past that (hopefully for good now). He is an example of a dev who not only had completely understandable reasons for being away but who also persevered and has never wavered in his commitment to his game. I have nothing but respect for him.

While that's true, I have no idea why you're making this statement by quoting me. The dev has been as consistent as he's been able to. Serious illness and mental struggles are not something to be dismissed outright as your statement appears to do.
