No, the dev left us hanging for sex with Mary. There was also the hint of a probable threesome with Mary and the hot neighbor early on, that we won't get either. I hope some hero reissues this game with/without the dev's blessing.

Guys, it's pretty clear: Kaffekop doesn't want to work on the game anymore for personal reasons.
So what?
Did any of you pay money for a finished game? No, at most you supported a dev during development.
I really don't understand the hate. At least Kaffekop has (as far as I can tell) been honest about it, rather than pretend to be still working on the game and milk his patreons.

He found a girl/partner - life is going in a different direction for him (good for him at least). He has changed his mind before - and come back after a long, protracted illness. I am not closing the door on this one just yet, but it might be another couple of years (like last time) before we hear from good ol' poopy pants. Life can change again: who knows whoever will be still standing when the fat lady sings? I know one thing, he will let us know if he decides to get back on the merry go round.

Fair enough but you have to realise that with the patreon business model you are effectively paying for stuff which is in development and which may never be completed.
You can look at the ratio between games with "completed" tag vs those with "abandoned" tag.
At the moment is like this:
So yeah, the majority seems completed (but that also includes Japanese games which are released as completed) but abandoned is still a fairly huge number.

what do you mean "i paid money and got cheated"?
you paid for actual game updates, as this game/dev didnt have monthly subscription as 99% of other similar project have...so no cheating there.
it is a shame, for sure, that one of better AVNs went aboned...though it wasnt that unexpected all things from the last few years being put together...

Most don't notice a lot of the "adult" games are early access, more or less like Patreon except you pay once unless you get a dev that wants money per-episode or cause each update DLC I'm disappointed.
I think if you are going to shut down a game's production, the least you could do is to provide the assets and story outline to the community for them to finish if they chose to do so.

Not every developer wants to just "give up" their assets they created and (took multiple days/weeks/months/years to make) and story they wrote for free for someone else to profit off of.
If their assets were bought like a lot are nowadays (reason you see so many of the same characters in every game) that would be different, then someone else could just go "buy" those same assets and take parts of the story and finish it.
