from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage, because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.

Keep playing, at one point when you had enough interaction with "the mother" you will be able to buy the maid and sexy lingerie.
As for the first question, you can raise both love/domi at the same time, after extracting the pictures I am not sure it makes a big difference between the two. AFAIC, I play domination, it's not really a "love" game
