Like the premise but yeah, you really need better proofreaders. You might even find some for free or ones that just want a credit added with their nom de plume.
Also, as mentioned by others, this can't be a cheap way to make a game, unless you just found actresses that are true exhibitionists, doing it only for the thrills. Might want to work out a deal with them to promote their other "paid" content(like in the end credits or on title page), so you can get them at a reduced rate.

In sandbox mode, you'll have first a room in the Spa, and then you'll be able to rent/buy an apartment, can't see why your little sister can't come and stay with you for a while! (or mom, aunt ...)
I have a couple of ideas for perfect actresses in those roles, but we'll talk more in one or two updates.
About NTR, in general, I prefer to give options to the player more than removing them, especially since the game will not force you to do anything. But I'll check in with the community before introducing it.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a free actress. I'm not gonna lie, much is gonna depend on the support we get from the community. I'm confident that if we do things well in a few months we'll have enough supporters to hire new actresses and fill the city with new storylines.

Yeah...not the first. Also not labeled a VN (only Ren'Py label) so most likely is (or will be) a sandbox grinder...not a Visual Novel. Still looks interesting.
That tag should be added. Since it is a Visual Novel. As I mentioned I like to give options to the player, so in December/January we'll add also a sandbox mode. We're testing it right now, but it already features an easy mode with no stats whatsoever.
I've also done some playthroughs, I agree with others that there are some typos, but it didn't ruin my experience and it can be easily fixed.
UI is good and clear, pretty standard for those games. I really liked that you made a trailer, it shows that the project has a plan.
Pictures and videos are in HD, but the content so far is quite basic, I really like the teasing but I hope to see more scenes (especially videos and a little bit of nudity) in the next update.
I don't care that much about the plot, I just want to feel that I have options and variety, you have in some points the option to roam around (basically choose where to go next between standard places) but I would love to have a more "open world" experience, and if possible to have more characters involved (like customers or new stuff or outside people to interact with).
Lastly, the girls are OK I guess, Jessy is pretty hot and I would love to see more from her, Miriam is OK, but Mary looks quite old. Generally I would personally prefer teen girls with bigger natural tits.
Many will compare this game with DreamTown, you seem to have better planning and communication from them, your content seems promising and the existence of videos really help. I think that the advantage of DreamTown is that the lead girl is very hot. I have funded DreamTown and I will fund you as well, if you show improvement in the next update and generally upload regular updates.

Whether this game will become something wonderful or not we don't know yet. But the premise is very interesting.

"Heavily user oriented" is bit concerning, somewhat reasonable main plot from devs always gives games structure and direction.

Right now we're working on fixing the bugs and the grammar, by the end of the week I'll post the roadmap for the next two updates and we'll have a shooting in the next two weeks. We're also discussing how to make the open world interesting and not a pointless clickfest, we have a couple of very interesting ideas but I won't spoil much.
