This is a promising tool but it's still in alpha and just reached 1.0; I'd wait a minimum of 3 months or a month after nexus release to use it.
LMFAO I can't believe what I'm reading. 3 MONTHS?? Its just a mod tool bro its not a girlfriend. If it doesnt work for you just live your life and go back to the other tools that are even worse and have been in beta for years without updates. And no its not an alpha lol it was an alpha 3 months ago (was already better than nemesis tbh) but now it is fully released.
The one caveat is that with 1.0 release you need to thoroughly clean out any old nemesis, fnis, and pandora patches or it will fail. If using mo2 backup any working patch first and then use explorer++ to clean the generated behaviors. Pandora will appear to overwrite those files but it actually (intentionally) attempts to compile any existing behavior files it encounters which wont work most of the time. Provided you clean out those folders and have a valid mod setup it will do the entire FNIS + nemesis process in 5 seconds instead of 5-10 minutes. I also had some issues with the patcher not wanting to overwrite behavior files like mt_behavior from tk_dodge. You can just hide those files during first run and restore them once pandora has a patch that wins every conflict. I've also had issues with it writing to old folders and such so just be aware of where the files are going. And to be clear I'm talking about files inside meshes not inside nemesis_engine. Also, you can keep the nemesis program installed without issue but it will clutter up your mod list. So just grab retimed hitframe and the dodge mods if you use them from the nemesis folder and delete the ones you don't use.
If you t-pose you're almost certainly missing 1hm_behavior (the bane of my existence) which has a ton of conflicting mods with most modern combat setups. One of the most common reasons for that is jumping attack with mco 1.6.06. If using that setup you need to find $amco10.txt in the jumping attack patch and change the 10 to an 8 both in the name of the file and within the file itself. This would be an issue with nemesis as well so if you're using that combo its probably due to having older versions or just dumb luck. Weapon draws/equips for IED is another one that gave me some trouble. In the worst case scenario you may be able to take a working behavior file from an old nemesis patch or similar and let pandora overwrite it, but its generally a symptom of bad mod setup anyway. If you can avoid having a nemesis patch by using OAR or BDI do that. Payload interpreter kept showing up in the log and may have had some conflicts with other nemesis patches but you can just install the nemesis-less patch with behavior data injector and avoid the hassle.
I've used it extensively so I can try to help with some issues but tbh atp any failure to patch is either on the animation mod or the user, not pandora.
On a completely different note does anyone have experience using the DLSS frame gen mod? I have the alpha releases from this thread and just got a 40 series card but frame gen isn't working for me in skyrim. I tried it cyberpunk and its great but I can clearly tell when its active or not
*ENB and MSI/RTSS overlays showed pre framegen FPS. Nvidia overlay shows that framegen is active. I knew ENB would be wrong but I thought MSI would work
