Afaik, 2.7a was the last release and the mod is no longer in development.
Thanks to the moral policing of a games 'journalist' *cough* activist.
The source for the mod could probably be reverse-engineered or, simply rebuilt from scratch and updated. Although, I don't see anyone doing this anytime soon given the negative stigma surrounding it.

Look, I am very tired, so did not read it, I know there is workaround, we already did, have 4090ti with a "low" i9-14900k, I do not need upscalers. A decade ago, 'til the gaming software managment was 'interesting' (you bought the game and played with it, and you did not stress about yourself), they made their own engine, better stories, combat, gamplay, sounds, effects was damn good years and before, you know 20th century. SO, today games, well I can't say it nicer .... shit. Every damn game is shit, last year only 3 games came out, which was good, the others ... plssssss. Ok, gotta go, bby girl just woke up. BB.

Im using GTX 1660 I5-9400F
I guess its similar to average card for many modders (1060).
In my testing (Exterior)
- ENB + Upscaler + SSE Display tweak 43-48 FPS
- ENB + SSE Display Tweak 40-45 FPS
- Just ENB 33-37 FPS

My recommend is try to install SSE Display tweak first. If you got good & stable FPS without stutter, no need for upscaler.
If i Install 2K Landscape and Architecture textures, it lowers the fps by 7-10. I genuinely think its better for you to try use 1K Landscape and Architecture. And see if that helps with good and stable FPS without upscaler.
Note : With weaker and older GPU, upscaler might give more benefit.

Don't be rude please and track news. FSR3 works for SkyrimSE because PD implemented an interlayer for it:

So both FSR3 Upscaling and FrameGen features work in that builds.
Or we can use DLSS2 Upscaling and FSR3 FrameGen, they are separated.
This is basically the first FSR3 FrameGen attempt for 20XX and 30XX cards in SkyrimSE, and I like how it goes. Can be useful. Lossless Scaling FrameGen feature is not that good, I can say this for sure.

I dunno how you can say that FSR3 for SkyrimSE is not possible while it exists and works.
