I think when you install the new package you get a warning with a new skeleton and the animation of the giant with a chain, take a better look

I'm pretty sure it's a reshade preset and some High res textures. It's not as wash out as enb presets tend to be.

Even with correct skeleton some giant anims don't work in v2. You need v3 of the pack which has already been shared for LE and SE.
