It is not a game, but more of a glorified scene viewer. You can only use elements that do not include gore. But the game might surprise you by adding gore or scat where you did not expect it.

This is barely even a game. StudioS has really lost his touch. My personal favorite rapegore kino is RJ185215 from him.

There are a lot of people asking for help getting the game to work because MSVCP120.dll is missing, or a 0xc000007b error, and uninstalling and reinstalling every version of the C++ distributables fixes nothing. There is no solution except to delete the game. That's what you'd do if you got it to work anyways.
