Seems like lack of C++ redistributables on your side.
Search and download and then install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable from the official Microsoft site.
Both x86 and x64 versions.

Have them both:

Does the game folder have the files with the same names? Purge them.
If it doesn't then try to copy (not cut) this files from the
C:\Windows\System32
or
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
into the game folder.
I don't know which of the two the game requires so try one then try another, if it doesn't work.
System32 for 86 bit, SysWOW64 for 64 bit versions.

So i try :
No same name files then.
Copying 64bit version from C:\Windows\SysWOW64 it keep asking for this files. Then i try copy from C:\Windows\System32 and game ask for other files: msvcr110.dll and msvcp110.dll i copy them too , then i get aplication error massage: The aplication was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).Also in syswow64 dont have msvcr110.dll or msvcp110.dll

msvcr110.dll or msvcp110.dll
It is part of C++ 2012 Redistributable and you have only x64 version installed. Or so your screenshoot claims.
So, how the hell you have them in 32-bit folder instead of 64-bit folder? There is clearly something deeply wrong with this situation.
Delete all that msv... files from the game folder again.
Install both version C++ 2012 again. Both that you have and that you don't have. Remove the one "that already installed" if asked and install it again. Use versions from the Microsoft site. No one cares if your Windows version is pirated. Don't just use "dependency fixing" programs, they aren't very reliable or trustworthy. Restart the PC. Then try to launch the game again.

0xc000007b in most cases means that C++ is fucked up or you are using wrong version.

Missing `MSVCP120.dll`.
Install
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable x82
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable x64
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable x82
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable x64

To be fair, my friend, I think that much was pretty well established back when he flooded the whole world to kill us all off for our degeneracy and the moment his back was turned we went right back to it.
So true man...but still there is always Hope.

saw the trailer. thought wow these are decent animations and interactions. then read comments saying theres no gameplay and that its basically a room builder type game. sucks but hopefully they add real gameplay in the future

Same. What's with the influx of guro games lately?
There's no real reason to be honest.
Guro games has been getting releases every now and then. It is just.... buried since guro ain't exactly that "famous". That and the most accessible sites in the west doesn't like guro much so it gets buried in japanese sites and such.
