Yes... well... technically..., its just a room creator where you select girls and what is done to them, after selecting a girl you will be prompted what you whant to do to her, there are 2 pages, lots of things, but the gross stuff (scat and guro) isnt to explicit in those screens imo, just read carefully the description by hovering the mouse over the icon and dont select something you will regret later.
Cause genitalia is a boundary. So it's way easier to police that content. It's also based on the impact that seeing certain things has on how a society functions. People don't become murderers or sociopaths by seeing animated gore, but they do lose a lot of motivation and most of them develop a false and harmful view of human bodies and relationships when they watch porn. Obviously, these symptoms aren't just restricted to genitalia, but due to legal issues, most developed countries that restrict porn just draw the line at genitalia. Actually, countries usually only restrict things that people instinctively want to see in the first place. 99% of people are going to avoid a game like this anyways. It's things like porn and "Jewish worldwide census, 1933 and 1948" that countries try to censor, because these are the things that will certainly affect the public if it's not hidden from them.
