To the man in front of the tempel who can upgrade your basement. He's standing behind a wooden table accompanied by a roman soldier
But he is showing just to expand dungeon option only. There is no sculpture option in it.
Did you try talking to him when the wife asked you to get the best sculpturer? Then the option comes up where you can ask him.
I can't find the 2nd part of the Golden Compass anywhere which is required by Maximus. Has someone found it and got some tips for me?

In the Oases they sell black slaves. You can travel there with Ameer. It's in the walkthrough link on this page.
