Your saves or downloaded saves?
If downloaded and they do not appear in load menu, just save your game in the same slot (like if you have file1 save, save your game in first slot) then replace your save with downloaded. This is bug of some versions of RPGM.
Same, if you're trying to move files from older patches without global.rmmzsave

The CG folder is just so you can see the pictures without needing to play, so you just open it and have fun.
