These are all the endings that can be unlocked at the moment???
It's been a while, but I think so? All the bad ends are done, but not entered in. The rest will be in the 1.0 final, which is the next update (I am HOPING by Christmas at latest). That'll finish it all up, barring tweaks to balance as issues show up in the community, but this is still just beta here. If you went through all of Story Mode, and got to the end, then I can say for sure these are all of them, because Story Mode unlocks them automatically. I couldn't remember if there were 12 or 14 bad ends, in this release, so this is probably right. I'll let mars112358 (my volunteer programming fan) verify. But, he might not be around until Monday.


how to unluck more bad end?

Its really cool to see that one of this games have a male protag now! Gonna try this one for sure! Respect to dev!
Yeah, let me think, Cereborg: Inception and Cult of Corruption: The Summoning, are the two I have with male protags for now, and when I do Cult of Lust after I finish Giggle Night, it also has a male protag, so some of mine do, but making bad ends for guy characters is not hot to me (only female corruption turns me on), so I usually have females. Also, side note for new fans, ALL the old, original novels will be redone in the future! I'll add a lot more content to them.

Man, I really need a cheat sheet of what units are good vs the different enemies, I will never remember any of them.

It should be marked, like when you're on the battle phase, it should be marked by color. You know what I mean? You're going to want to use whatever is lit up as green. Blue means that it's basically just average, and if you see red it means don't use that.

Is there any plans to use the upgrade section of the converted prisoners? It's currently grayed out and I think it'd be interesting if they offered more unique upgrades for the late game.

Is there an end to game mode? Is there any meaningful reason to continue past Howard?

Also, some units are pretty bad against their enemy of choice. Ex: Jumpers struggle with Explorers.

I think it'd be neat if Hybrids (if they never can convert) would instead get the option to capture and convert into a random conversion. I think this would make them a little more interesting that just stat blocks.

Also, I unlocked all the same ones as katsukiDemon did above plus the one with Mr. Blue Tentacle face at the point I stopped.

Fake Count - converted prisoners as in they've already reached their total conversion? If so I don't really have any reason to continue upgrading them personally.

There will be an end, but the game is not finished yet so it'll be the next release that puts the ending cinematics and credits and such.

The stats of the creatures is not done yet. This is only a beta that you're playing. So there will be definitely balance changes eventually.

I'll consider your hybrid idea! I also have a suggestions channel in my Discord, that's usually what I use when I'm pulling ideas. Feel free to use it anytime.

Okay, I don't think there's 13, like I don't think there's an odd number. Which means there's probably one other one that you guys are missing on game mode somehow. But this has been out for a year for my patrons and on Steam, and no one else has reported not being able to unlock all of the bad ends (currently in the game). So unless I am mistaken, and there is an odd number, Mars will be able to probably verify all this when he comes back after this weekend.

If you go to the progress chamber and click on one of the prisoners, there is a greyed out upgrade button. I was wondering if there was plans for that.

If there isn't, I think it'd be interesting if corrupted prisoners offered unique upgrades as further investments into them. Ex: Absinth offering an upgrade that gives killed enemies a chance to be converted into plant or decay based unit. Ex2: Rose offering an upgrade that makes units heal when bleed or poison is inflicted on an enemy. Ex3: Evelyn offering an upgrade that doubles the odds of inflicting daze or webbed after not inflicting it on an attack.

Just some ideas and clarification on what I was talking about.

I do wish there was some way to change the appearance of fully converted prisoners to look like stage 4 or 5, but it is a renpy game and that'd be a bit much to ask I feel. Just don't personally care for Justine or Amelia Stage 6 much.

Fake Count - OH OH ok, so what that is, is that some players did not want the women to be auto converted when reaching a new transformation level (I don't personally know why, but I always listen to feedback). In response, I had Mars add that system, so that int he Preferences Menu, players can turn off the auto conversion, and it will freeze the woman at whatever stage they are- UNTIL you hit the upgrade button. At least, I think that's what you mean.

As far as the extras, like that, you get specific unit bonuses for each woman fully converted/upgraded. As far as the sprites of them at what you call stage 4 or 5 (I think you mean T3 and T4?)would, indeed be too much work. And other players, even on this very forum, want them to stay at T1 or T2 even. Which, already the number of renders for each woman is more than some entire Renpy games have, and trying to do it for every Transformation Level would just be inhuman- even for something as inhuman as I am! So, I appreciate that you see, logically, why it is undoable. But, as I said, that's why I have so many Transformation Levels, so that people have at least ONE of them that they enjoy. You'll be happy to know that in Faction games (and any commissions as well as one of the bad ends in the Slugs and Bugs: Invasion Redux novel), T4 is where they will be. That is how I like them, myself. Here is Justine from the select screen for example:

Ok, going to answer a bunch of questions here. If I miss something, The Anax , let me know.

Biomass in story mode, I think I forgot to add as the main things it is used for don't actually do anything (upgrading units for combat and unlocking units), but thinking about it, I should add it for the normal chambers upgrades. I will add this with the update of the tech tree stuff.

Unit balance, as Anax said, this is still beta, so if there are units that you think aren't properly balanced right now, please make suggestions in the Discord of what needs to be changed.

For bad ends the current bad ends that can be unlocked are shown in the image below. The main unlock requirements are, getting captives to a specific corruption (Generally T5 but some are at T3), unlocking units (for game mode, either with biomass or breeding them for the first time), either seeing the scene where a boss is introced in story mode or actually beating them in game mode, and in some cases having seen a specific enemy unit intro scene.

As for the issue with Eve not playing her intro scenes for rooms, that is on my list to look into why that isn't working. If you really want to see the scenes, you can view them in the memory chamber for sure.

I think I figures it out Anax. Evelyn won't progress in both the noise and feeder room because the visits are tallied to the indoctrination room. At least that happens in slow setting. I didn't try the others.
