Well, Karlee Grey (sister) was pregnant in 2018/2019. If you search a bit, you will find several pictures of her pregnancy, including some from around February 2019 when she had a huge belly. She made very few videos during her pregnancy and it looks like they have been deleted in the meantime (or at least I couldn't find one that was not a fake).
I am not aware of any (non-fake) pregnancy photos or videos for India Summer or Leah Gotti.
