When he says unpack to C: he means the drive you normally store stuff on C D E what whatever it doesn't matter.

extract to C:

If you unpack it where it download in the download folder it never starts. You do what he said and Pick C: D: or E: what ever your main HDD is.

Just a heads-up. My protection suite blocked and deleted a files 'PaleMoon and palemoon.js' in this download.

Note; Never, Ever disable your anti-virus or protection suite to install a game. Trust is a function of 'Deeds over Time' so ... Who do you trust, your protection suite or a game you just downloaded? It's just a game, don't be 'That Guy'.

There is no virus. It's a false-positive.

Skip running the packaged third party browser that is throwing virus alerts.

The game files are in <drive letter>:S\Bin\Palemoon\s

You can open the index.html in Firefox and play the game. Chrome doesn't seem to work.
