Depending how long ago your last playthrough is.

My last saves from Ch4.5 are from last year, so I´ve started new playthroughs with update 0.7 (WW clan already finished and now with DR clan currently about chapter 3) and found several new scenes so far which obviously has been added or reworked with the latest updates.
So the new playthrough was worth it for me anyway.

Does the error come immediately you open the save? I've had issues where I've made the save too "late" and get an error if trying to continue. They've always solved by first scrolling back and then continuing normally.

Yes, my friend, it gives me this error as soon as I click on it, I thought of doing the same thing, but I couldn't run the save file
