As far as I know the Japanese law that requires porn to be censored is still in place. There is a proposal to change that, but it's only a proposal for now, and it's even doubtful if it will pass voting. For now mosaic is still required.
Japansese cencorship laws are still in effect, also this game cameout in 2010 so even if the laws changed I'm doubtful we'll ever see this game untranslated, assuming no random hero artist redraws.
Personally I rather use the Locale Emulator program. It works in about 99% of the cases, and its far less cumbersome than changing your Windows locale every time you want to run a Japanese game. The installation and configuration only takes a few minutes, and you can even make a game link to your desktop that makes the game automatically use the Japanese locale when it runs.
None of the files have any Japanese characters in them, so extraction doesn't matter. Locale Emulator isn't a perfect solution; you probably need to switch the language for non-Unicode programs to Japanese.
Looks like a translation is in the OP. ...Oh, but they're missing two lines in the first settings screen: Text Speed and Auto Speed. I always set Text Speed to 5.

yep there's a point in the game where you basically choose which character you want to pursue, gives 4 choices and in them there's like 2 or 3 endings i think something like that.
