Yeah this was definately made in the sims 4. It might be the first game here that has used it. At least I haven't come across any others. It's usually either koikatsu, honey select, or hand drawn. With some that uses ai generated. There is the engine that "my new life" and "a struggle with sin" uses.

Nope, there are already some games made with The Sims, definitely not the first and maybe not the last, I would recommend looking at Homeless but there are also others like Drawing My Life and The Last Sin, there are others but I don't remember right now. Links below
