The game and animations itself look rigid as all fuck, like it just seems a much worse version of the early sims/skyrim/fallout sex mods. And why would you ever play this over one of them?
Multiplayer? Who the hell wants to know they are currently fapping while other people are fapping alongside you to this rigid stuff? Why do game devs still think multiplayer for porn games is a good focus point?

it looks like someone took a bunch of Skyrim or Fallout mods and forced them to work as a stand alone game... so is there and actually game here or is it just walking simulator with sex animations?

Trust me, Skyrim sex mods don't look terrible like this. You'd be surprised how good skyrim sex mods look with proper penetration physics and good texture graphics+parallax. This game looks nothing close to it lol. Pretty sure many H-games don't even come close to a properly modded skyrim.

I like that fairy too. Her name is Fay, she can be found on Nexus mods. But I fully customized her body to be sex compatible and also added tattoos to her.

Yeah getting a game to look like mine with proper sex physics and top graphics is no small task. I have over 400 mods installed. But with everything I know now, I could technically tell someone how to make it happen in the short way.
