I feel the same but tack on the 'big ass big tits' thing that some devs put on the female characters. Like sorry but XXXXXXXX cup tits and beach ball ass implants just look wrong.
Also, its better to think of the game like a porn parody of porn games.

This MC is one of my all-time favorites in any porn game. He knows he is ugly as hell, but he gives zero fucks about it. His God level confidence still lets him score all the girls, though obviously it's a fantasy. What I like the most about his interactions is how he shoots down the hotties who try and manipulate him with their looks the way they do all the other nerds. He bows to no one and it's hilarious. He can be an asshole, but it's mostly to the girls who deserve it. He can also be pretty tender and sweet sometimes too, though this is not really a romance AVN. Lastly, his unashamed Lust for his family is great.

Work on Miranda's path. You'll eventually need to get a book from Adele to seduce Adria, who in turn helps you with Aurora (Miranda's mother)

Pretty much the same way you unlock most of the girls. Bang the girls you know enough, and they will eventually introduce you to their friends and to their Mum, and you can bang them too.
There is no time limit, so just keep exploring new scenes and eventually you will get it all.
