There's really little need for one. If you work for a bit then invest your money in the bank, any money issues go away pretty quickly. Buy all the stuff in the shopping center and that will build up your stats. Work out at the gym and build up your strength. It takes very little time to max out your stats, and I'm not even sure any of them are necessary except for money.

Agreed that it's not essential like it is in more grind intensive games. I don't know of a mod ever being made for this.
To go into a bit more detail:

for money- work at the nuclear plant just enough to start Verde's quest chain (i think 3 or 4 times), buy all the waiter clothes, work at bar a handful of times, invest enough (@ bank) that you earn 200+/day, and you're pretty much set. Skipping through all of it, it's possible to do all that in under 15 minutes from a fresh start if I recall correctly.

As far as stats go, I know there's a low strength requirement for Kyra questline (40ish I think) as well as a high STR req to trigger Mia's first scene (75ish).
I think Aya might require low intel (30ish maybe?) because she rejects your advances outright at the beginning, and after raising intel to 40something the same dialogue option started a scene.
And pretty sure Miranda requires a fairly high appearance score during her questline, I think it was >50 but I can't swear to it.

Those are the only things I can recall that seemed to have stat prerequisites. Raise your strength @ gym, raise intel @ library, and buy fancy clothes to raise appearance.

there's something about this game... I keep coming back to it. This is 3rd time playthrough. Any one know similer game like this. With perfect tits,butts and dicks.

Thanks ! I'll give it a try. Btw, I am more interested in school setting with same visuals and same body types. Like not too small girl or not too enormous tits women. preferably with sound effects like gushing, slamming :p

Public sex life H and this game are the best example of it.

House Arrest is the other one from the same dev that's a must-play in my eyes. I can't really chime in re: school setting, that's not really a priority to me, but if you're looking for other well executed HS-based games (a la PSL-H and Solvalley) check Pale Carnations, Dr. Vibes, Hypnosis, Depravity, Max's Life, Waifu Academy, Harem Hotel (these all share some of the bizarre-ness that makes Solvalley so endearing).
Other honorable mentions would include Dark Magic, My new fam, my new neighbors, Mythic Manor, Once in a Lifetime, Lord King.

Hope this gives you a decent starting point, I'm sure others can elaborate further.

Thank you very much. I've played some of above games you mentioned and most of not. I liked the Waifu Academy story line. There should be a special type of tag (a single tag that defines these games ) for these kind of games so it can be easy to find them in search.

Waifu Academy (along with Solvalley) was one of the first HS-based games I played, and to this day is one of my top 5 games on this site.

Yeah it would be handy if you could filter by the visual engine used (HS / Daz / Koikatsu / Other, as an example). That feature may exist on F95, but I am unaware of it. If you are seeking more games like a certain title or genre, this is the place to start. If I think of any I missed in my previous list I'll come back and edit them in.

Is Miranda supposed go be Karin from Street Fighter? I know most ojou sama's tend to look somewhat similar but the resemblance is uncanny? Also I saw a character named Cammy in one of the other storylines so maybe.

No, I don't even know who Karin is. Miranda, as far as I can remember, is just a variation on Lisa's model. But to be honest, I'm not really sure, maybe I found Miranda's card somewhere and made only a few modifications.
