To make the random spa guys spawn with bigger dicks, you can use DnSpy to edit the TValle.Pro.Entrevista.dll inside "Some Modeling Agency_Data\Managed". First, make a copy of the original. There's a method in plain english for it, something like GetDickSize(). The values are very sensible, tho.

Yes, but each girl is pretty much unique. You'll need to lock Male Pleasure and touch her before the massage to see how her desires respond. Sometimes making her cum with that part can actually reduce the respective desire.

For the massage room, you should just need high consent and high arousal to have her agree to the final sex option.
I believe it may also have something to with her interests, IE - girlfriend services (softcore) vs escort (hardcore).

For now, just hold Control while moving her hips — this gives you the same behavior as older versions. You’ll know it’s working because her hand and feet bones will turn green.
(This change isn’t new to this version — it was added some time ago, but I know some of you are still wondering about it.)
