Downloaded the file and started a new game, and it still refers to mom as your friend.

It works for me, I'm not having any problems. They are called Mom, Sis in my game an I used the download that Xyze just posted. Did you guy delete the 508325_ before the incest.rpy then put that in your folder?

If you played before with the old patch then it may have worked but for me its the first time playing this VN and this patch does not work.
I just downloaded it right after this patch was posted and yes I always remove the numbers.

yeh i removed numbers.. it is also brand new game for me, from beginning no saves.

Whoever does those zzkill patches needs to get on this, the fan patch isn't working for me either.

This patch only fixes the start of the game from the beginning.

I've searched the difference between 0.0.3 & 0.0.5 and I've found why the patch don't work on 0.0.5 the dev have removed the code who allowed the incest patch to work. So if you nevers have play 0.0.3 with patch, the patch is can't work on the 0.0.5
