Nah, don't worry. I spent like 10 minutes for you to download game and find this render in game files (part of me was curious too actually) and there is no such render in there. It may be something from early game design maybe? I checked like 3 times and my eye didn't catch anything even near looking like that so... And yeah, we only got Marie/Trixie when attempting suicide (files named manicpixiekimgirl) and in blue jacket (files named morningafterdru).

Probably it was an existing render for her storyline if she would have been voted in, but Patreons thought otherwise.
The Kim story line was unexpected but very good. But from the first moment I saw her, B was my girl.
The game is legendary but I couldn't get the Kimberly ending. I don't know where I'm making a mistake. If anyone knows, please tell me.

Kimberly is the edgy-looking assistant, right? I remember that I also had a lot of work on my hands to get her ending. It's a key element of her path that you assist that event in the yacht accompanied by her if my memory serves me right. It was not until I got that part done right that I could finally get her ending.

Kim's ending was the first I went with because she was the first girl shown. I thought it was easy, just chose her options. After playing the first time, that's when I went and used the guide for the others.

Well, it is somewhat inconsistent (at least by porn logic, given her story it makes sense) on when to make advances and when to let her hang, so you could easily miss that ending by being too offensive (where she probably feels you're just another of those guys) or staying back too much.
GREAT GAME but use this small alter thats makes Dru partially regain her vision!

Developers are not restricted to official F95 tags as to what they place under the Genre spoiler. TGafy's explanation is as good as any, but you'd have to ask the developer if you really want to know.

I think you're right. I've been having a look at some Lyndie's images, and now I see it. The skin looks certainly like a match. It's funny how I did not see the resemblance at first. Just by changing the hairstyle and its color and with Lyndie's heterochromia, I got fooled into thinking they were completely different models.
