Can't give you a tutorial sorry, but here are some tips that could be helpful:
1. Get gimp that is free or buy/find photoshop.
2. Download the asset packs which is less time consuming or look in this thread for the tutorial of extracting assets.
3. Play around with any image, use different tools to see what they do. Try thinking of anything you would like to change or any scenario, hopefully you get better at editing.
4. Do not feel bad if your edits aren't like some of what we have seen in this place, all of the amazing editors here started from zero at one point.

I personally used the file extractor found here on F95 to get the raw assets. The asset packs that are released always have gray backgrounds you have cut out. Also, a lot of the girls are actually broken up into pieces in the game files which makes combining multiple assets a lot easier. Example below

Wanted to simply do a sloot outfit for Amazon Artemis and like usual I ended up going further with it than I originally meant too. Happy with the results though.

With the right software anything is possible. After all, SR7 used some Unity or Unity friendly tool to create the animations that you see in SU. It can be rather tedious, however, so be prepared for a time sink.
Here's the tool that Ren'Py recommends, that will give you an idea of what's involved.

I've got a suggestion (or perhaps challenge?) for you, and its open to your interpretation if you decide you want to work on it.
I really like the mischevious Harley look, like she's got plans for MM, and then the O face of M'gann behind Harley.
Got me thinking of Artemis, actually. One of the least sexual characters (at this point in Young Justice SU seems to take inspiration from) and yes has two very close friends/family lusting for her and has sexual contact with, both initally against Artemis' will, Cheshire and Miss Martian!
Would love a take of that theme of the unsure look, followed by those two mischevious looks in the background, followed by some kind of O face or sex scene, however you think this could be done.
This may be too busy of an idea for a wallpaper, it may not interest you, etc and that's totally fine!
But if it does pique your interest, I'd love to see your take on that!
(Also, SU, what the hell? Why hasn't there been a Cheshire/Artemis/Miss Martian threesome yet? Or Harley/Babs/Ivy? Or Blackfire/Raven/Starfire? So manny missed opportunities!)
