To be clear, as the person that kicked off this thread, I was good with keeping all SU related fanart here, including AI art, but of course others have other ideas.

So going forward, if your AI art still matches up with the SU Sprite art decently, I think it's still fine to post it here. You could post in one thread and then copy the pic URL and post it in the other thread I suppose (so that you aren't uploading to the servers twice), but some might accuse you of fishing for extra likes, so that's your call.

I just think that if the AI sprites someone chooses to create are mostly indistinguishable from the ingame sprites, this is a good home for them. Not up to me though!

Even though I was one of the first ones that dragged the AI cat in here and am fine feeding it in this thread, I actually voted for separating the threads. After all there are as many bad edits as there are AI generations - just kidding.

It will be better this way as some of the AI stuff is really far removed from the original SR7 artstyle. And I fully agree with OhWee that if an AI generation is close to the original it can be posted or at least linked here.

So I have these templates that may be useful. The original creator of the templates is named Waifusito, had a twitter but it's no longer there. Does have a page, though. Can't wait to see what's made with this.

(feel free to do a mirror)

I don't suppose they have the templates in XCF format instead of PSD, do they? I've been looking, but I haven't found anything yet.

I would prefer to use GIMP rather than Photoshop, but you can't edit the text in these templates using GIMP because of compatibility shenanigans.

Nope, sorry, only in PSD, I'm afraid. I did once ask the maker of the templates if he could have them Krita/GIMP compatible, he said to just use Photopea. Anyone is welcome to make them compatible with other softwares like GIMP/Krita, though.
