While getting talent with any name value to do adult work is always a longshot, it doesn't hurt to ask. What gets a "LMAO GTFO" today might be money desperately needed in 6 months. And as I alluded, you can always credit them as "sexythot8847luvzcockxoxoxo" or some such other name if needed. Getting amateurs that can do a reasonably close facsimile of the original that would do it in exchange for the exposure could be an option if the originals aren't interested.

In this case I believe you are misapplying DMCA. If they were to take voice clips from show, which WB does own, and use that without permission, it would be a DMCA violation. In this case they would be hiring the voice talent directly and would own the recording outright, whether WB liked it or not. My understanding of the first DMCA complaint was the use of the term Injustice, which WB has trademarked in ways which overlap the game and thus violated their IP in a way not covered by the porn parody loophole.

Just an fyi, it actually could easily fall under DMCA or some other legal mechanisms. It depends purely on whatever contract these voice actors have with WB or whomever. It’s not unusual for video game companies to own those voices for the characters. An example being metal a gear solid 1 iirc. And silent hill 2 for sure. In cases such as these, reproducing the voices would be a bad idea and an easy way to get bogged down by legal action. I wouldn’t even recommend using others attempting to reproduce the original voice, as I believe ownership is on the voice and not the actors representation in those cases. Not sure. In any case it’s an easy way to invite a mess of legal issues for benefits that cannot outweigh the consequences.

Thank you, I am medicated, Now what other apparent insult are you going to try?!?
Hey, some people get a little salty about the same things being said over and over. You're new to this discussion, but the two month build has been asked about and lamented many times since it started earlier this year. I would suggest looking through a few pages of backlog to avoid ridicule. That said, welcome to the party, pal.

Sorry, I'm actually on medication as well and am appearantly retarded myself. The cake is still a lie I'm afraid. I specifically got mixed up as to who was the new user in the previous interaction. My mistake.

I've spent some time with this and overall it exceeded my expectations. The characters actually look just like the originals they are supposed to represent, and that isn't something you always see in indy titles......
I'm glad you enjoyed the game despite the technical details you want. If you're not familiar with our company and how we run things I will give you a little low down. We currently have 4 people within our company (SR7 (FT), myself (FT)
,Newman (PT), Locke (PT)) two of those people are developing a Newgrounds project, then will be working on another undecided project on another sales platform (steam, self sold, somewhere else). We are currently working on our development pipeline with other people and running small projects in order to flush out the process. If we ever get of Patreon, or diversify our income we need to have some really tight processes in place (let us be honest and say we started as amateurs and are working to become solid pro's). So the amount we take in per year goes to funding these endeavors, SR7 has always wanted to keep this project his own and it will stay that way till he moves over with our other team at a later date.

As for the voice acting, we don't see the juice being worth the squeeze right now, especially in the case of SU. When working on parody we need to be super careful as all it takes in one DMCA and it's lights out for us (we would still survive, but we wouldn't have the other projects running). Trying to add some voice acting just exposes us even more, that is a risk we will not take.

I was in total agreement with you up until that last part about hiring Dana Delaney. I'm pretty sure that would lead to legal ramifications as in getting the game DMCA'd again.....
We haven't missed an update since we started in June 2015 think about that for a second. Not too many creators in the h-game scene (some were bigger than us, others not) can say over a 3 year period they have delivered a playable build month over month. This game wasn't supposed to be this big, but SR7's perverted mind got racing and he just creates what he wants, he still loves to do it every day. That is why this game is where it is today.

You are 100% correct with the voice acting in my opinion

We are running very close to what the fan's ask for and want (it is seen by metrics you do not have access to). If we were to look on some boards we will see hate, it's been that way since day one. Literally in 2015 a concept would get more love on /weg than our builds. In the end we are here for the long haul and will always operate that way. Progress is slow and so is the forward progress of our company. We operate smart with money and only do things that make sense, that is how you build loyalty. SR7 can sound like he is disinterested and I get that, but how can someone not care and still put out 33ish updates to this game. We listen and where we are today and how we do things is all based on community feed back.

I really like this game. it is the first h-game i ever wanted to play but would it hurt to add any sounds to the games sex scenes? even generic ones?
